OTI Power is proud to have completed the install of an 850kw PV Solar system at Brisbane’s Calamvale Central shopping centre.
The solar system is anticipated to generate an average energy saving of 3570 kWh per day, totalling 1.3 million kWh annually.
Panel installation is already underway at the Calamvale centre.
The solar system incorporates over 2,300 premium REC Twin Peak solar panels covering a large percentage of the roof.
Commenting on the installation, Bernie Furtado from Retail First said “We’re pleased to be leading the way among major retail operators in shifting to renewable energy. While Calamvale is our first solar installation, we are committed to reviewing our centres for the suitability of solar systems.”
